Both animations were covered in Huge stiffness.
Look at the run, the back hardly move other then when he gets hit.
You can also use some more easing.
And Realism, well that is up to you depending which way you prefer to animate.

I got to say the second one is way better though.
It had better easing, and you didn't make the guy run like a cripple xD
Just keep animating and you'll improve.
Make some more and update us !

Theres not much to rank. 1 Anim thats all. Make some more.. But it's very stiff and choppy. Work on that.
